Eligibility
You may return any item within 90 days of receiving your goods. The 90-day period begins from the date you physically receive the product. You do not need to give a reason for returning.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in its original packaging where possible. Items that are damaged through misuse or negligence beyond normal handling may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@getwellnatura.com with your order number. Our team will confirm the return and provide instructions. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return.

Refunds
We will refund the full product price. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
All orders to the United States include free shipping. Refunds cover the full product price only.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items to our return centre in Hong Kong.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@getwellnatura.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Shipping fees for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
Late Returns
If a return arrives after the 90-day guarantee period has expired, it may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
Customs and Duties
The customer acknowledges and agrees that any taxes, duties, or fees incurred during the return shipping process are solely their responsibility.
