  1. What is WellNatura, and what do we offer?

WellNatura is a provider of grounding products, designed to help you reconnect with the Earth's natural energy for better sleep and overall wellbeing. Our product range includes grounding bed sheets, pillowcases, mats, and bundles that use conductive silver-woven cotton to bring the experience of earthing into your home.

  1. How does grounding work?

Grounding, also known as earthing, involves connecting to the Earth's surface electrons through direct skin contact with the ground or through conductive products like our grounding sheets. When you walk barefoot on grass, your body absorbs the Earth's subtle negative charge. Our products are designed to replicate that connection while you sleep or go about your day.

  1. How do I use WellNatura's grounding products?

Our grounding sheets are easy to use. Simply lay the grounding sheet on your bed and ensure it makes direct skin contact while you sleep. Connect the grounding cord to the sheet and plug it into the ground port of a properly grounded US wall outlet. Your body will be naturally grounded while you rest. A grounding plug and cable is included with every order.

  1. Are your products safe to use?

Yes, our products are designed with safety in mind. There is no direct connection to electricity, only a connection to the ground port in your wall outlet. Our grounding cords have built-in resistors to ensure a safe grounding experience. The products are made with non-toxic, durable materials.

  1. How do I know if my order has been processed?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information. If you haven't received these emails, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at info@getwellnatura.com.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery consists of two phases:

Handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), your order is confirmed, checked, and packaged. Transit time: 2 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday), shipping from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address. Total estimated delivery: 3 to 13 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping to the United States is free of charge. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on all orders.

  1. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. The 90-day period begins from the date you receive your goods. Refunds include the full product price and are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping to our return centre in Hong Kong is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We do not charge restocking fees. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  1. How do I return or exchange a product?

To start a return, please email us at info@getwellnatura.com with your order number. Our team will provide the next steps. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return.

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's tracking system.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@getwellnatura.com. We will cover the return shipping costs for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and arrange a full refund or replacement.

Yes, we occasionally offer promotional codes. You can apply a valid code at checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and some products may be excluded from promotions.

Product availability is listed on each product page. If a product is out of stock, it will be noted on the page.

To ensure your product is properly grounded, always plug the grounding cord into the ground port of a properly grounded US wall outlet. Our products come with clear instructions to help you set them up correctly. You can test your outlet with a standard outlet tester (available from most hardware stores) to confirm the ground port is working.
